Location Overview:
Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you’ll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.
Role Description:
This role involves preparing and reviewing documentation according to the bank's policies to facilitate closings with clients and ensure lien perfection. Responsibilities include working on complex documentation, supporting Loan Administrators, and assisting the Market Leader with workflow and quality assurance. The role requires collaboration with vendors, legal counsel, line partners, and clients to ensure accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure loan documentation and lien perfection meet bank policies and are delivered accurately and timely.
2. Lead documentation, due diligence, collateral perfection, and monitoring for a specific market segment.
3. Review documents for accuracy, timely delivery, and research requirements to reflect transactional information and reduce rework.
4. Review loan approval and documents prepared by counsel for consistency and compliance.
5. Design an organized filing process to support financial booking and initial funding.
6. Collaborate with Client Managers, Credit Officers, legal counsel, and operational units for seamless transaction execution.

* Loan product knowledge (preferable)
* Loan IQ experience (preferable)

* Microsoft Excel skills (advantageous)
