Brook Street are working with a highly reputable business in South Wales who are looking to add to their team with an experience Finance Administrator. This is a varied role encompassing financial and general administration keeping the numbers accurate and the admin running smoothly. The role You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day finance and payroll, working closely with managers across several sites. Your work will help ensure timely invoicing, accurate records and clear financial information for the leadership team. Key responsibilities include: Daily bookkeeping using Xero and Sage, including purchase and sales ledger processing. Preparing and raising invoices, posting receipts and helping with bank reconciliations. Supporting month-end routines and assisting with basic financial reports. Collating hours worked, assisting with monthly payroll on Sage and helping ensure HRMC/RTI compliance. Handling petty cash and service user monies accurately and transparently. Liaising with local authorities, external professionals and internal managers in a professional manner. About you We're looking for: Strong, hands-on experience with Xero and Sage (payroll and accounts). Previous experience in a finance/admin role, ideally with bookkeeping and payroll exposure.
