We are currently looking to recruit a talented newly qualified Transactional Projects & Construction lawyer to join our expanding team in Leeds.
Our Leeds team is listed as Tier 1 in the Legal 500 in both Construction and Energy & Infrastructure categories for Yorkshire and the Humber. It is also ranked Tier 1 in Chambers for Construction in Yorkshire.
Our practice handles a range of energy, infrastructure, and real estate construction projects, including renewable energy, offshore wind, and 'Net Zero Carbon' technologies.

The Candidate Required
The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure, energy, or real estate-related transactional (non-contentious) construction work, or a strong background in commercial contracts with an interest in transitioning into this area.
The role involves developing ongoing relationships with clients, working within an international team, and engaging in top-tier national and international construction projects.
Requirements include:
* Experience in a large commercial firm, in-house legal team, or local authority
* Team player with strong relationship-building skills
* Technical strength and good commercial judgment
* Interpersonal skills for client-facing roles
