Job Description
* Provide HR advice and support to staff and management across the organisation
* Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
* Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
* Oversee employee relations including disputes, performance management, and absences
* Deliver training and development initiatives
* Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements
* Manage HR administration, including record keeping and reporting
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
* Experience working in a HR role within a not-for-profit organisation
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Proficiency in employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
