Receptionist Role Duties
As a key member of the Front of House Administration team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our consultants and their patients, ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and warmly received.
You will:
* Provide an exceptional patient experience both in person and over the phone/email
* Manage up to three clinic diaries, handle payments, and support with treatment enquiries
* Oversee administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, stock management, and coordinating maintenance
* Maintain the highest standards of service, supporting the clinic’s commitment to excellence
Private Medical Receptionist Details
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
* Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
* Holidays: 23 days annual leave
