Bid Writer & Project Coordinator - Construction | London - Hybrid
I'm working with a well-established construction business renowned for delivering high-quality building solutions across a diverse range of commercial and residential projects throughout the UK and internationally. With specialisms spanning interior fit-outs, bespoke building systems, and complex building envelope solutions (including drylining and facades), they offer clients a full-service approach from design through to delivery.
Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a Bid Writer & Project Coordinator to join their team in London.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys producing compelling, client-focused proposals.
In this role, you'll be:
* Writing and editing bid and tender documents
* Collaborating with estimators, technical experts, and project managers
* Researching clients and competitors to support strategic bid decisions
* Assisting with project coordination alongside the delivery team
* Managing a content library including case studies and reusable templates
What we're looking for:
* Experience in bid writing, ideally within construction or the built environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and liaise across departments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
