The Logistics Coordinator (Shipping & Warehouse) is responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities to ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately, compliantly, and on time. The role combines hands‑on warehouse duties with shipping administration, including domestic and international shipments, carrier coordination, and import/export documentation. The position plays a key role in ensuring cost‑effective logistics operations in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Logistics Coordinate and organise all outbound and inbound shipments in line with company and customer requirements. Ensure goods are shipped in a timely, compliant, and cost‑effective manner using approved carriers. Manage bookings and shipments using UPS World Ease, FedEx, DHL and other courier software. Prepare and process all import and export documentation to ensure compliance with EU and international customs regulations. Provide freight quotations and shipment information to internal teams as required. Post orders and shipping information daily using the SAP system. Warehouse Operations Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
