This is a temp-to-perm position, offering the opportunity to join a developing provision with the potential to secure a permanent contract. The new site will support pupils with Special Educational Needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD and associated communication and learning difficulties. The school is committed to providing a structured, nurturing and inclusive environment where every pupil is supported to achieve both academically and personally. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. You will work closely with teachers and senior leaders to plan and deliver targeted interventions, lead small group sessions, and occasionally cover lessons where required.
