We’relooking for a collaborative and detail-orientedGrowth Enablement Content Managerto design, manage, and evolve contentand toolsthat empower Autodesk’s sales, customer success, and go-to-market teams to confidently engage customersonsustainabilityoutcomestodrive new growth opportunities.This role combines GTM enablement,contentdevelopment, cross-functional collaboration, and internal storytelling toempowerand scalesustainable outcomes by Autodesk customers.
This role sits within the Impact Growth Enablement & Customer Engagement team, whichincludesempoweringfield teams with the knowledge, tools, and narratives needed to unlock customer value and drive sustainable outcomes.You’lltranslate complex ideas into clear, engagingenablementcontent and oversee the systems, channels, and collaboration models that ensure those resources land effectively.
You’llwork closely with stakeholders acrossthe Impact team as well asSales, Customer Success, GTM Enablement, and Product–serving as a connective tissue between what we sell, what customers need, andhow we equip teams to driveopportunitiestoclosed/won andadoption.You’llalsohelp integrate sustainability messaging into existing sales plays,customer success plans,GTM processes, and customer conversations,making sustainability a core part of how we drive value.

Responsibilities
1. Create andmaintainhigh-impact enablement contentand tools,such as playbooks,conversationguides,competitive matrices,internaltraining materials,templates and automations that support sustainability-led customer conversationsand opportunities
2. Contribute tocore enablement content ecosystem, including platforms like Seismic, Salesforce, and connecting to our knowledge management bases on Wiki,AutodeskGPT,and Autodesk learning central
3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders acrossImpact,GTMenablement, Sales, Customer Success, Partner Managementtodevelop,disseminateand integraterelevant resourcesintoGTMprocesses
4. Translate complex product or technical capabilities intobusiness value focused narrativesand enablement materialsor tools to improve sales readiness
5. Test, measure, and iterate on contentto improve clarity, utility, and engagement–using feedback loops and data to guide continuous improvement
6. Explore and pilot the use of AI and automation toolsto accelerate content creation, personalize enablement resources, and coach / support opportunity development and customer engagementjourneysat scale
7. Support internal communicationsand rolloutplansto increase awareness and usage of enablement resources across regions and roles
8. Contribute to insight reportingby collaborating with customer insights and competitive intelligence teams to ensure sustainability-related trends are documented and reflected in GTM enablement materials
9. Bonus:you have theexpertiseto develop or contribute to“how-to”technical enablement contentlike demo videos or workflow guidesin partnership with Impact MarketingEnablement,Consulting,Solutionsand Tech Salesteams to strengthen Autodesk’ssustainabilitycontentat a deeper technical level
Minimum Qualifications
10. 5+years of experience inGTMenablement,content strategyanddevelopment, orproduct/technicalsalesor marketing, business development,or similar
11. Excellent writing and editing skills; able to craft contentthat’sclear, compelling, and audience-appropriate
12. Proven ability to translate technical concepts intoclear, action-oriented materials for diverse audiencesand market segments
13. Experience managing content hubs, intranets, or enablement platforms (e.g., CMS, LMS, SharePoint, Seismic,Wiki,etc.)
14. Demonstratedexpertisein PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and/orcontent development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar); comfortable owning the end-to-end process from content writing to visual design and final delivery.Video a plus.
15. Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills; comfort navigatingmatrixed organizationsand prioritizing in a fast-moving environment
16. Familiaritywith architecture, engineering, construction,infrastructureand/or design and manufacturing industriesfavored
17. Bonus:Experience withsustainabilitytopics in AEC,infrastructure,Manufacturing, or Product Design industriesand/orAutodesk products likeAEC Collection,Forma,Autodesk Construction Cloud,Fusion, Autodesk Water Solutions,and/or PD&M Collection
18. Bonus:Familiarity with AI or automation tools for content development,sales processes,enablementdelivery, or customer engagement workflows (e.g., Seismic, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot,Gong,Matik, etc.)

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $111,400 and $180,290. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Equal Employment Opportunity
