Purchase Ledger Clerk | Runcorn | up to £28,000 DOE
Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a leading organisation, based in the Runcorn area who are seeking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established team.
Duties of the role:
* Purchase Ledger responsible for the day-to-day processing of purchase invoices (high volumes)
* Creating purchase Orders on to Sage50
* Bank reconciliations.
* Raising manual invoices
* Processing recurring invoices and collections
* Credit Control requesting payments from creditor accounts.
* Processing employee expenses
* Supporting with the production of management accounts and year end reporting
* Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc admin tasks
Skills required:
* Successful candidate must possess excellent IT skills & be confident using Excel
* Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
* Ability to take initiative and practical approach to problem solving
