Job Title – Graduate/ Junior Engineer - Building
Project – Mixed Commercial Projects
Job Location – Ulster
Salary – £28K - £32K plus package
About the Company
Working alongside a leading Main Contractor with a reputation for delivering building & civils projects across the Ulster Region.
They want to speak with Construction Management or Engineering Graduates who are eager to learn and progress in their career. This role will provide a Junior or Graduate Engineer valuable experience working on a range of commercial projects.
The Role
* Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
* Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project.
* Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager & Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
* Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
Requirements
* A Degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
* Full Drivers Licence
* Maximum 2 years’ experience in and Engineering role with a Main Contractor.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
