To act ac the primary point of contact for customers on all matters related to NPD, EPD and Packaging.
Responsible for leading innovation projects all the way from the initial brief through to launch, including NPD and Packaging updates throughout.
Ensure all products meet specifications, guidelines and policy requirements.
Oversee packaging design updates, including pack copy and artwork approvals, in alignment with the final product specification.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all customer specifications, meeting right-first-time (RFT) and agreed deadlines.
Coordinate and lead customer meetings and technical site visits to manufacturing locations.
Track and evaluate product performance through consistency checks, benchmarking panels, and customer product KPIs.Profile
