We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands‑on Warehouse Operative to join our busy Operations team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently each day. Your responsibilities will span the full range of warehouse activities - from accurate picking and packing of customer orders, to handling inbound stock, supporting inventory control, and helping to maintain a clean and safe working environment. You will work closely with colleagues across the department to keep workflow moving, uphold service standards, and ensure our customers receive the right products on time, every time. This is a practical, fast‑paced role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach are key to success.
Responsibilities
· Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately.
· Operate forklifts and pallet trucks safely.
· Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
· Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
· Load and unload delivery vehicles.
· Report discrepancies or damages.
· Support stock counts.
· Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting any issues
· Supporting general warehouse tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate
· Previous warehouse experience – picking, packing & general warehouse duties.
· Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Organised & detail oriented.
· Strong working knowledge of MS Office and WMS platforms, with experience in Business Central preferred.
Hours/Benefits
11:00am - 08:00pm with a 30 min lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks (42.5 p/w)
