Our Client are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager into our team. Overseeing our Site Managers and their teams of SSSTS Site Supervisors on multiple projects ranging from £50,000 to £500,000. You would be working closely with our Framework Manager and General Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Tier 1 Contractors and can deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities and Duties to include:
* Planning of Programme of works.
* Establishing site files and RAMS with Site Managers.
* Ensuring our Site Managers organise labour, subcontract labour and materials.
* Driving our excellent Health and Safety Culture.
* Efficient Collaboration with our Commercial Team.
* Maintain client relationships.
You must have:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.
* SMSTS.
* 3Day 1st Aid.
* Temporary Works Co-Ordinator.
* Strong commercial skills.
Civils Background (Water, Sewage and concrete works)
