Senior Associate – Projects & Construction Advisory – London A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Contracts and Projects Construction team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on major front-end construction projects, advising on some of the most innovative and high-profile developments globally.
Experience: 4 + PQE with experience in contracts and transactional construction
The team will work on a broad range of front-end construction matters, including:
Advising on procurement routes and project procurement strategies
Drafting and negotiating construction documentation, including building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, security documents, and third-party rights
The role offers exposure to a range of international and UK-based work across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, transport, and commercial development.
Experienced Solicitor with strong experience in front-end construction law, gained in private practice or in-house
Knowledge of procurement structures including design & build, construction management, PPP, PFI, and alliancing
Experience working on international projects (preferred but not essential)
