Within the Service Support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions to support their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
* Open, track, and close service tickets.
* Resolve ticket-related queries and escalate to suppliers if needed.
* Communicate with customers about purchase orders and service details.
* Collaborate with internal tech teams and external suppliers to ensure service levels.
* Raise customer invoices.
* Review supplier purchase orders and sense-check billing reports.
