Our client, a leader in the Insurance market, are recruiting for a Project Manager to work on an OpenTwins Implementation
Broking Systems Project Manager
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams within large-scale, global software delivery projects.
* Experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in broking.
* Experience working with Trace / OpenTwins reinsurance broking platform.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
* Proven capability in the management of detailed project plans.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity.
* Proven leadership and ability to work well in a team environment, including meeting facilitation
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal; collaborating with stakeholders with high expectations.
* Ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
* Effective problem solving skills based on clear reasoning and sound rationale, coupled with excellent decision-making abilities.
* Tactful, diplomatic and able to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
* Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work pro-actively, under pressure and independently with minimal direction.
* Commutable to London and happy to travel if required.
