Construction Project Officer at The Regenda Group
Location: St Helens (office base). Part-time role: Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm. Annual salary: £24,932 (30,748 FTE). 12-month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
* Support the administration function of the construction division.
* Assist in compiling handover and post-completion information packs / user guides for construction projects.
* Coordinate the defect management process with the Customer Care Manager.
* Set up new suppliers/subcontractors as required.
The right fit (Qualifications and Skills)
* Experience within a construction administrative role is desirable.
* Excellent ICT skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, project management software.
* Ability to analyse data and provide overviews and key points suitable for the target audience.
* Ability to communicate at all levels including external partners, managers and operatives.
* Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage their own time and prioritise workload.
