We are looking for a Rector who will:
* Work with us to develop our mission and discipleship across our communities
* Help us to reach out to those moving into our villages with young families
* Be flexible and open to a diverse range of worship
* Be a part of our villages and join in with village life
We can offer:
* A strong and faithful foundation ready to take the next step together with you in faith
* A team of two LLMs, a part-time, self-employed Benefice Administrator and a Safeguarding Officer
* A Benefice Office
* A four-bedroom Rectory
* All this and beautiful and picturesque countryside within reach of Oxford, Banbury and with nearby rail-links to London and Birmingham
