Location: Birmingham, onsite

Fletchers Group have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Team.

The Front of House (FOH) representative will act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff across Fletchers Solicitors’ South offices. Based in Birmingham, this role provides on-site and remote support to the Reading and Northampton offices, ensuring a professional, well-maintained, and welcoming environment. The FOH will also be responsible for coordinating facilities and supplies, maintaining stock levels, and supporting administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities:

Front of House Operations

14. Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
15. Manage visitor passes and contractor sign-ins.
16. Ensure all meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and fully stocked with required materials.
17. Monitor cleanliness and presentation standards throughout office spaces.
18. Report and track all Facilities & Maintenance (F&M) issues (e.g., broken taps, faulty lighting).
19. Liaise with Estates Manager with regards to any cleaning issues and monitor cleaning standards daily.
20. Order food and
collect
21. Manage key safes and storage cupboards for all South offices.
22. Ensure all Fletchers Materials are current and updated monthly.

Facilities & Office Maintenance

23. Check Facilities tickets and follow up on outstanding issues.
24. Deal with all incoming and outgoing deliveries and post, including bundles for all South offices.
25. Support coordination of contractors attending site.
26. Meter readings
27. Admin duties when required

Stock & Supplies Management

28. Refill fridges daily and maintain adequate snack and drink supplies.
29. Manage and receive regular deliveries for office consumables (e.g., milk, fruit, snacks, and drinks) and stationery
30. Maintain stock levels and conduct routine stock checks for kitchen and office supplies.
31. Ensure filter coffee and other refreshments are available and restocked as needed.

Health & Safety / Compliance

32. Complete monthly checks across the South offices for:
33. Assist with fire extinguisher checks and ad hoc safety tasks.
34. Ensure compliance with internal health and safety standards.
35. Agree to FM & FA Training

Administrative & Executive Support

36. Provide general administrative support to the Operations and Executive teams.
37. Support other departments as required (e.g., Learning & Development, Events).
38. Attend regular meetings to discuss updates and issues.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Essential:

45. Experience in a Front of House or Facilities role (corporate environment preferred)
46. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
47. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
48. Ability to work independently and manage multiple office needs remotely
49. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Desirable:

50. Experience working within a professional services or legal firm
51. Basic understanding of Health & Safety practices
