Role Summary
The Trainer is responsible for delivering operational and compliance training to ensure the workforce is competent, safe, and compliant with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver induction and ongoing training for staff
* Maintain training records and competency matrices
* Assess and monitor staff performance
* Support managers in identifying training needs
* Deliver refresher and compliance training as required
