Long Term Futures is seeking a proactive and committed Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage Two in a welcoming Junior School in Kings Norton. This long-term role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate. About the Role You will play a vital part in delivering small group and one-to-one interventions to support progress in core subjects, with a particular focus on SATs preparation and children working below age-related expectations.
