Were looking for a proactive, hands-on Site Manager to oversee 12 live furniture fit-out projects based in Manchester. This is a 6-month contract working with a well-established team delivering high-quality joinery and interior fit-outs. The role is ideal for someone experienced in site supervision but still willing to muck in carrying the odd box, helping with site logistics, and ensuring smooth installations. Youll be on site most days, keeping things moving and standards high. Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations and logistics Supervise furniture and joinery installations Ensure health & safety compliance (RAMS, site inductions, toolbox talks) Coordinate fitters, subcontractors, and deliveries Support the team practically where needed Communicate progress to the office and clients Oversee snagging and project handover Requirements CSCS card (essential) SMSTS certificate (essential) Proven site management or supervisory experience in fit-out or joinery Hands-on and physically capable Strong organisational and communication skills Based near Manchester with flexibility to travel within the region What We Offer 6-month contract with potential extension Competitive pay Collaborative, down-to-earth team Interesting bespoke projects To apply, please send your CV and availability.
