Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is seeking a forward-thinking IT Service & Process Improvement Officer to play an instrumental part in improving the integration and development of our digital service as we look to be market leaders in the use of technology.This is a terrific opportunity for an innovative IT professional with expertise in the Microsoft cloud ecosystem to join our mission-driven organisation.Location: Kent and/or Milton Keynes (with hybrid working)Rewards: Salary of £30,500, plus a generous pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and other great benefits and professional growth opportunities.Contract: Permanent, Full-TimeThe RoleAs IT Service & Process Improvement Officer, you will support and advance our digital services. Driving innovation, efficiency, and integration across platforms, you will enhance and develop our use of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, creating custom apps and flows, resolving issues, and maintaining key integration partnerships.
