Administrator | Pre-Operative Assessment | Physiology | Private Hospital | Wrexham | Full time | Permanent | 37.5hrs | £24,882 per annum
Spire Yale Hospital, Wrexham is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Contract type: Permanent
Please be advised that the position encompasses responsibilities in two departments, specifically within the POA and Physio departments.
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
1. To assist the pre-operative assessment lead in providing a high level of administrative support for Pre-operative (Inpatients and day case).
2. Liaise with the Patient Service Centre to co-ordinate the booking of initial pre-assessment appointments where applicable.
3. Maintain hospital and departmental electronic and manual filing systems accurately.
4. Use track file to receive and return medical notes to all departments.
5. Provide general administrative support to the Head of Department and Lead Physiotherapists.
6. Provide and maintain an efficient bookings system for all physiotherapy patients using a computerised system.
7. Organise and manage the Physiotherapy teams Outpatient clinics.

9. Full knowledge and application of MS Office
10. Computer literate
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

16. Maintain complete confidentiality, discretion and loyalty at all times
