iMultiply are working with a well-established organisation seeking a
Payroll Assistant
to support their finance team during a busy period.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking for a short-term opportunity in the heart of Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for weekly and monthly pay runs
* Handle statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and pensions
* Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure GDPR compliance
* Support with RTI submissions and year-end reporting
* Respond to payroll queries from employees and internal teams
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in payroll administration
* Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Sage Payroll, BrightPay, Xero, ADP, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
* Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
* Available to start immediately and commit to the full 3-month contract
