*We are seeking candidates with a business fluency in French.**
What you’ll do:
1. Oversee and manage a selection of Vimeo's key, strategic enterprise accounts along with a CSM
2. Understand and anticipate clients’ business needs to drive the success of key accounts
3. Negotiate contract renewals and expansion opportunities
4. Strengthen client relationships with ongoing communication and new solutions
5. Proactively manage customer pipeline and renewals to meet monthly and quarterly objectives
6. Run in-person Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts
7. Communicate with and present to C-level executives, confidently conveying Vimeo’s value proposition
8. Assist in collecting client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
9. 7+ years of Account Management or Account-based Selling in the SaaS space
10. 5+ years of Online Video Platform (OVP) experience
11. Written and verbal fluency in French
12. Experience carrying a $5MM+ ARR book of business
13. Demonstrable and proven experience retaining and expanding accounts
14. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
15. Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal stakeholders
16. Track record of exceeding quotas
17. Thorough working knowledge of sales tools, including Salesforce.com
18. Knowledge of live streaming technologies
