Operations and Maintenance Supervisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Operations and Maintenance team at Lancashire Renewables Ltd. working 40 hours per week on a 2-shift system at our Leyland facility.
What youll be doing
The Operations & Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant daily operations at the facility. Working closely with the Operations & Maintenance Manager in driving performance, maintaining compliance, and promoting continuous improvement. Serving as a key support to the Operations & Maintenance Manager, this role actively contributes to achieving operational targets, driving continuous improvements, and maintaining rigorous budgetary control over operations and maintenance functions.
What you will bring
To be successful in this role, you must have completed a recognised apprenticeship or hold an ONC/HNC qualification in Mechanical Engineering. You will also need proven leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record in a supervisory or management position.
