Are you a dedicated educator with a passion for shaping young minds? We are searching for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team in the Haddenham area teaching year 4. This role will play a crucial part in the development and shaping of children preparing them to enter upper KS2.
The role:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Year 4 curriculum
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected
Use innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to drive academic growth
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Experience teaching in a Year 4 classroom setting is preferred but not essential
Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and proficiency in delivering it effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team environment
