YT Technologies are looking for an Implementation Coordinator for a client of ours in the healthcare technology. The role is looking for someone to support our client in delivering and optimising their additional system features.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end setup and configuration of new features.

Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth implementation.
*
Use data tools (Excel, SQL) to track feature performance and support customer success initiatives.
*
Create and maintain user guides and process documentation.
