Our client is looking to Recruit 2 Regional Sales Managers - Building Regulation Compliant Modular Buildings as they continue to grow at a rapid rate and are looking for 2 very impressive individuals to join the team. They are offering a long-term opportunity for the right people, with a competitive salary and development prospects to work across the UK.
They are looking for applicants with proven Sales and Business Development experience within Modular Buildings or other Forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Frame Buildings, Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods to work across the UK.
The business is very well established, has a strong brand and a great reputation selling to clients in Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Utilities and the Power Industry so experience of working in those sectors would be beneficial to your application.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee projects ranging between £100,000 and £2,000,000. You will be measured on activity and enquiries generated, the number of client meetings you carry out, amount of business development you do, the pipeline that you build and ultimately the business you secure. Overall, though, this is very much a consultative sell.
The role offers excellent, diverse and potentially rapid opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in the company for the successful applicant so you will be an overly ambitious and forward-thinking individual.
