As our Customer Systems Adoption Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through system setup and utilisation, ensuring they maximise the benefits of their SRT system. Your responsibilities will include providing troubleshooting support and offering valuable insights back to our product development teams by understanding customer usage patterns and future needs, you will contribute to ongoing system enhancements, fostering a seamless user experience. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking individual capable of comprehending complex product functionalities and thinking creatively to support and coach our customer effectively. You will work closely and continuously across various organisational levels, embodying a proactive and customer-centric approach.
Ideal candidates will have experience in IT Product Management or IT Technical Training for complex computer applications, which would be highly beneficial in this role.
