We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join us; could it be you?
We are looking to find a senior manager who has previous experience of supporting a General Manager to train junior teams,run a spotless restaurant and promote top quality and efficient service.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead with Confidence:Manage shifts with a balance of control and relaxation,ensuring smooth operations.
* Build and Inspire:Recruit,motivate,train,and retain a passionate and skilled team.
* Drive Excellence:Take accountability for customer satisfaction,team safety,and financial health.
* Support Your General Manager :Collaborate closely to maintain the high standards of our restaurant and step into their shoes when they take a deserved break.
What We'll Be Doing In Return:
* Paying overtime
