What we're looking for
* You will have a passion for working with children who exhibit challenging behaviours and a resilient skill set that includes knowledge and understanding of de-escalation and co-regulation strategies.
* Alongside this, the ability to share these strategies with others, including school staff and families is essential.
* We welcome applications from those who are familiar with the work of the service and have spent time in a PBS centre.
Development and Experience
This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your professional skills with a strong induction programme and ongoing CPD, including the opportunity to work closely with colleagues at the Harewood Centre in Basingstoke. You must have recent and relevant experience of working in schools with families and young children with additional needs, where behaviour has been an issue. We are always keen to hear from candidates who have ELSA, HLTA or Nurture Group experience.
