Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Gas Service Engineer with Viessmann, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service and support for our innovative heating solutions. You’ll be responsible for:
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
* Maintaining accurate performance reports
* Delivering engaging product training to staff and customers
* Supporting our Sales Team in driving sales growth across the UK
* Providing best-in-class customer service on-site in residential properties
In this role, you’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy, allowing you to resolve issues and make decisions that ensure exceptional customer experiences. This is a home-based position, meaning you’ll start and finish your day from the comfort of your home while covering a large geographical area. A valid driving license is essential!

* ACS Qualified Gas Engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)
* Proven technical expertise gained through industry experience
