Part Time Administrator
Location: Taunton, Somerset (Office-based with parking)
Salary: £25, - £30, (Pro-rata, depending on experience)
Hours: 20 - 24 hours per week over 3 or 4 days (Monday - Thursday)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office experience - ideally within the construction sector - who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and people. Flexibility is offered around start and finish times, though the working days are fixed due to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General business support across the office
2. Accurate data entry of invoices, credits, and supplier information
3. Price checking and invoice reconciliation
4. Credit card purchase tracking and reconciliation
5. Online banking tasks and payment preparation
6. Monitoring hire equipment in/out from sites
7. Liaising with merchants to secure best pricing and chase credits
8. Supporting other administrative and operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
10. A friendly, team-oriented approach with good communication skills
11. Experience with Sage or similar accounting software
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
13. Confident with online banking and payment processing
14. Good numeracy and a methodical mindset
15. Ability to follow instructions and use initiative
16. Previous experience in a construction office and knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (C.I.S) / VAT is a plus - but training will be provided for the right candidate
