What You’ll Be Doing: Managing customer accounts with professionalism and care. Handling order processing, appointment planning, and customer enquiries. Supporting clinic managers and liaising with production and operations teams. Responding to customer complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintaining organised and responsive inbox management. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. What You’ll Bring: Proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Calm and focused approach under pressure. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest improvements. Confidence to work independently while knowing when to ask for support. Requirements: Previous customer service experience. Strong IT and CRM system skills. Ability to build relationships across teams and with clients. Leadership qualities and a team-oriented attitude.
