As a Retail Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Store Manager in all day-to-day retail operations
* Leading the retail team by example to deliver excellent customer service
* Driving performance to meet sales and KPI targets
* Managing team motivation, development, and training
* Helping with stock management and visual merchandising standards
* Creating a positive environment for both customers and colleagues
We're looking for a Supervisor who:
* Has experience as a Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant or Team Leader in a busy retail setting
* Is confident, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
* Has a proven track record of delivering strong results and leading a team
