Area Neighbourhood Caretaker needed in Birmingham Paying £13 per hr ref 470820
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out daily health and safety checks across low-rise and high-rise buildings
* Undertake cleaning duties in communal areas, ensuring a high standard is maintained at all times
* Perform litter picking and general estate cleaning
* Manage rubbish removal and item clearances, including bulky waste
* Conduct regular fly-tipping inspections and ensure prompt clearance
* Operate a tipper vehicle to transport waste and materials as required
* Carry out grounds maintenance, including cutting back vegetation and managing overgrowth in open areas
* Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly
