Service Desk Analyst
We're seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our London-based IT team, supporting users across our London and Amsterdam offices. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support, manage helpdesk tickets, assist with desktop deployments, and help maintain our IT infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
* Support users across locations with desktop and M365 issues
* Manage ticketing system and meet SLAs
* Deploy and maintain PCs and virtual desktops
* Assist with IT operations and asset management
What You’ll Bring:
* 2–3 years in a corporate IT support role (financial services a plus)
* Strong desktop troubleshooting and M365 experience
* Familiarity with helpdesk systems and SLAs
* Excellent communication skills
