4. NO Motor Trade Experience is Necessary
5. You need telesales experience and be able to drive: beyond that, all training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities for this Telesales Executive:
6. Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering a first-class customer experience.
7. Dealy with inbound and website queries for the rental arm of a successful business.
8. Maximise sales to maximise your commission.
9. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively promote vehicles and services.
10. Consistently work towards and exceed telesales targets.

12. Confident communicator with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
13. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.
14. High attention to detail and accurate when dealing with rental products.
