300 North are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Programme Manager to lead a high-profile, national passive fire protection improvement programme for a high value and high visibility client.
In this critical role, you will oversee the delivery of fire safety works from RIBA Stages 1 through 7, ensuring seamless handover to operational teams. This is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote working and nationwide site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of passive fire safety works across multiple sites.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance, safety, and programme success.
Provide expert programme management, ensuring milestones, budgets, and risk management strategies are met.
Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior leadership and client teams.
Ensure all works adhere to relevant fire safety regulations, building standards, and government requirements.
