Job Responsibility:
Do you enjoy working for a non-profit? Would you like the flexibility to work a part-time, hybrid role? Consider joining our friendly and dedicated team at the Bridge Village Playgroup. We are a charity run preschool looking for a part-time administrator to help us manage the increasing amount of administrative tasks associated with running an early years setting.
The Role includes:
* Managing funding forms and inputting data to the KCC website
* Communicating with parents/carers as necessary to update records
* Inputting data into nursery management software (Tapestry)
* Maintaining an inventory of resources
* Purchasing resources and allocating resources to the correct budget
* Producing or amending documents/records
* Organising and maintaining the resources and the outdoor area
* Producing newsletters
* Producing resources as directed by staff (designing, printing, laminating etc... )
* Communicating with bookkeepers or committee members as directed by the manager
* Working with the committee to organise events and fundraising activities
Role Requirements:
* Ability to maintain confidential information
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Knowledge of Canva or similar design software
* Experience of working in the Early Years sector preferred
* Ability to work autonomously
* Good time management skills
