Commercial Director – Eastern Region
A rapidly expanding main contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead its Eastern Region. The business has demonstrated exceptional growth with a strong, secure order book and a diverse portfolio including commercial offices, hospitality, hotels, student accommodation, residential, new build and major refurbishment projects. They continue to deliver schemes up to £50m
The wider group is on track for £200m turnover, supported by sustainable expansion and a robust leadership structure.
The Role
As Commercial Director for the Eastern Region, you will lead the commercial function for a business currently at £30m turnover, with a clear plan to grow to £50m. You will manage a team of two Senior Quantity Surveyors and one Assistant Quantity Surveyor, overseeing regional commercial performance, reporting, team development and commercial governance.
