The role: September Start
You will be joining a supportive team that is looking for passionate SEN Teaching Assistants. They are currently seeking staff to support students with complex needs, ASD, and sensory difficulties at their primary site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one support to students with complex needs, assisting with their learning and personal development.
2. Encourage positive behaviors, identify areas for intervention, and negotiate improvement strategies.
3. Support students during lessons and around the classroom, demonstrating understanding and commitment to their development.

All pay rates quoted include statutory holiday pay of 12.07%. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
