Your Journey as a Sales Manager
* You will be the driving force behind your Sales Team, igniting their motivation and providing expert coaching to ensure targets and goals are achieved.
* Ensure your sales team delivery and maintain a high level of customer service and achieve top CSI scores for your dealership.
* Responsible for the implementation of compliance regarding maintaining manufacturer standards and obligations to the customer, ensuring trust and integrity in all that we do.
* Meet the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations.
* Ensure the dealership is well presented, manage site stock effectively, and leave a lasting impression on all who visit.
