Duties and responsibilities of our Talent Acquisition Partner:
* Partner with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of team culture, role requirements, and future growth needs.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies that attract diverse, values-led talent.
* Champion our employer brand and share our story in a way that resonates with candidates.
* Create inclusive, engaging, and transparent candidate experiences from initial contact through to onboarding.
* Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and support workforce planning.
* Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring every hire contributes positively to our evolving workplace.
* Collaborate with external HR to align recruitment with broader talent development and engagement strategies.
Your previous experience:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a Technical Sector.
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* Deep understanding of inclusive hiring practices and candidate experience design.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
* Passion for people, purpose, and creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
* A growth mindset and a genuine interest in organisational development.
