Housing Solutions Officer (Hybrid) needed in Nuneaton, £25ph PAYE - Reference: 5288016 The candidate would be required to come into the office twice a week. This would be covering duty and case work on the other days hybrid working. The days in the office are various days covered by a rota. To deliver an excellent Housing Solutions Service designed around customer requirements, and within the context of the principles set out for developing a stronger, safer, healthier and sustainable Borough. To be a key point of contact for service users and stakeholders, ensuring that all services are to standards agreed with partners and customers. To deliver the statutory obligations under the Housing Act 1996, Part VII, Homelessness Act 2002 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. To determine and administer the requirements of the Homeless Reduction Act 2017, in its Prevention, Relief and Homeless duties To conduct an accurate assessment of customer’s needs, the outcome of which is effectively communicated to them and is laid out in a Personal Housing and Wellbeing plan.
