This role is office based, Bradford or any of our other locations, Monday to Friday core office hours. This is a non management role, we require 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a customer service role for technical support.
CTM is an award-winning provider of travel service solutions spanning corporate, events and sports markets. As an Online Support Consultant, you’ll be part of our Support Services team, delivering first-line support for internal systems and third-party tools with a strong focus on our online and business booking platforms. You’ll support tools like Lightning, Concur Travel, Evolvi, Umbrella, Sabre GDS, CTM Approve, Hotel Booker, and Conferma—ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and clients are kept informed throughout. Experience working in a support or customer service environment.
• Concur Travel experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
• A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
