Entry Level Marketing Executive (Face-to-Face)

Urban is a fast-growing sales and marketing company specialising in face-to-face customer acquisition. We partner with major brands to help them increase market share and revenue through direct, in-person campaigns.
Important: This is not a digital marketing role. This position involves face-to-face marketing and sales, interacting with customers daily in residential, event, and business environments.
About the Role
We are looking for ambitious individuals at entry level who are ready to build a career in marketing, sales, and leadership.
You’ll be representing brands directly, engaging with customers, and driving new customer acquisition. This is a performance-driven environment suited to individuals who are competitive, energetic, and motivated to succeed.
No prior experience is required. Full training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

* Based locally in Birmingham or able to commute daily
* Available full-time (Monday to Friday only)
